Mia
Grey shirt, dark work trousers, a calm voice. Guides new staff through eleven chapters.
Eleven chapters for the first days at work. One presenter in the company uniform guides through all of them.
Hauswartprofis takes care of buildings across Switzerland. New staff in cleaning, gardening and technical service needed one training that explains the basics: who the company is, how a working day runs, how to behave with the company car, on site, with tenants and when something goes wrong.
The language had to be simple. Short sentences, no jargon, key words repeated, never more than five words on a line. Every title appears in German and French, so the same film works for everyone, whatever their level of German.
The presenter stays on screen as much as possible. Icons, short panels and a few scenes appear where they help understanding: the car, the arrival at a property, a tenant in the stairwell.
A presenter cast like an actor, dressed in the real work clothes and brought to life as an avatar.
Six candidates were generated in the same outfit and the same light, so only the person changed. One of them became Mia. The real work clothes were photographed and handed to the image model, logo on the chest pocket, reflective stripes where they belong.
Mia’s generated clips became the training material for her avatar in HeyGen. Avataring keeps her face, her lip movements and her gestures the same through all eleven chapters; her voice comes from ElevenLabs. Real photos of the fleet set the look of the generated cars. Edit, titles, icons and subtitles were done by hand.

Every shot started as a sheet.
Mia, her casting and her work clothes, the defects and blocked escape routes the training shows, and the company van, generated to match the real fleet. Turn the sphere, open one, read the start of the prompt behind it.
